Absolutely amazing time away with fantastic food and superb staff

The hotel offered great facilities and private beach access which was really convenient. The breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing and offered a great mix of foods each day. The location was great for views across to the burj khalifa and over the palm.

Although it didn’t affect us too much during our stay the building works at the front of the hotel may not be for everyone’s liking. It was easy enough to ignore after a while though and will likely be completed well within 12 months. The staff did recognise this as an inconvenience however and did apologise for the noise. We did find on one experience the behaviour of the managers and staff to be quite unprofessional following a review of the pool and beach area it seemed as though an argument broke out between managers and staff which we didn’t feel was necessary and could have been done away from the guests.

Very enjoyable, great location, excellent staff, nice private beach, 30 mins from centre

Very good holiday, staff were amazing, always helpful, service with a smile. Food was really nice, and we found the all inclusive served an OK wine and good beer. Our waiter from Sri Lanka was excellent.

A good experience - I rate this hotel 4 solid stars!

The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. They take the effort to remember your name, proactively greet you and ensure you are always comfortable. The food available at the meal time buffet is also consistently amazing!

It doesn’t really feel like a “5 star” experience. The location is not bad, but the hotel is surrounded by construction sites and the all-inclusive offering at the bar is highly limited. Activities are very expensive and overall, there is no exceptional service to underline the hotel’s 5 star status. Having stayed at over 10 different 5 star hotels over 2023, I would rank this as a very good 4 star establishment.

Pleasant but slightly disappointing.

Property was super clean and the staff were friendly. Beach access was really nice.

When we checked in we were told that we have been upgraded to a room with a balcony. When we got to our room and went onto the balcony we were shocked to see a huge construction sight right outside of our room. This was disappointing as it was not the amazing Dubai view that we were expecting. The problem was not just the view, it was that all day every day from 7am there were men working in the construction sight. It was so close to our room they could see in if we had the curtains open which meant that every single day we kept the curtains closed and had no daylight as we felt like we had no privacy at all. The hotel giving us a room with a balcony to compensate for the view did not help us as we never wanted to open our curtains, never mind sit on the balcony. I have emailed the hotel about this a month ago and still have not heard back from them.

Wonderful

The heart of the hotel ist staff for sure. From the reception, bar (where one guy Aung was especially friendly and did great his job - but everyone else too), cleaning personal, restaurant etc. I have to mention life guard who is also great. We had some issue and it was immediately solved from the reception team. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean, view is fantastic. Everything in hotel works perfectly.

There is no animation for kids, also nothing for adults. No kids disco, no live music or some evening program, also nothing during the day, no water gymnastics, some games (like table tennis or darts etc) Nothing at all for fun

Has a very enjoyable stay.

The views, the pool ans rooftop. Buffet breakfast was also very good.

Some parts were a bit dated. And the pool staff were very quick at removing what they thought were old towels. It happened to me twice when I went into the pool and my towel had been removed already which was annoying.

If I was to return to Dubai I wouldn’t stay at the Palm again.

Perfect location at the Palm if this is the type of break you like. Staff were friendly and attentive. Upgraded/ changed to another room after complaining due to a large building site next to the hotel.

Large building site next to the property which started work at 7am and continued right through to around 10pm. Constant deliveries being made to building site throughout the night. Due to the location taxis are required to go everywhere. £35 for a breakfast per person which was very expensive and not worth the buffet style breakfast. Due to the location and no amenities near by the hotel was very expensive costing £15 a pint of beer.

Our Wonderful Holiday Experience

Our stay was exceptional in many ways. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was amazing. Although we often took long trips, we opted for the all-inclusive program. The selection of food, drinks, and overall offerings was excellent. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were tasty, thanks especially to the staff, chefs, and the entire hotel team. The choice, variety, and quality of the food were very good—we enjoyed every meal. Special thanks to the valet parking, restaurant, and pool bar teams for their outstanding service. They truly went above and beyond in their work. We recommend having a rental car for trips outside the hotel. Since we didn’t use public transport, I can’t say how far the metro station is, but it appears to be a longer walk as the hotel isn't situated on the main street; however, I did see a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel. A heartfelt thank you to the pool bar team—especially Suresh, Sijo, Binod, Eric, and Wesh. I miss you all and will definitely return. Thank you for making my family holiday truly special.

There was nothing we disliked. Of course, there is ongoing constructions around, as it is a fast-growing city, but we were not disturbed by it. Overall, this place is great.

Nice small hotel in a great location , lovely infinity pool with a swim up bar .Would I stay here again ? possibly but c

Location right on the beach and the views plus it was too big

I booked and paid on checkin for 5 days all inclusive yet throughout my stay I felt like a low class citizen being all inclusive when they amount I had paid I expected to be treat like a VIP - All the food and drink I had where very nice ,however to have a reduced menu at the pool bar for cocktails and snacks pushed under my nose, I was not able to have service at my lounger this wasn’t possible when I’m all inclusive I had to walk and get it myself - I was told I couldn’t have room service , I had to go down and get food myself and if I wanted a drink in my room I had to put it in paper cup to go in the lift .There is no entertainment on an evening meaning I spent quite a bit of time in my room , the final straw was the lovely roof top bar I wasnt wellcome at , it was not part of the all inclusive - I was allowed to take photographs then I was watched while I left I am baffled as what difference it made , the bar was part of the hotel so I can only assume the only way I could enjoy a drink in the Frame View Bar was from a paper cup assuming I had been allowed to bring it up in the lift to the roof top.

Lovely Time out

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We travelled with a group of friends and were probably a bit noisy when hanging out around the hotel, however the staff approached and treated us with utmost respect and courtesy. Much appreciated.
